About Megan Bunkleman

Megan Bunkleman (she/her), MS, MFT-IT, strives to create a therapeutic space that feels warm, authentic, and welcoming. Her approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on establishing safety, trust, and empowerment throughout the therapeutic process.

Megan works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, supporting clients as they navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, communication challenges, relationship dynamics, and major life transitions. Her work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and attachment-based perspectives to meet each client’s unique needs.

She is an EMDR-trained therapist and is passionate about helping clients process trauma in a safe, supportive environment. Her goal is to help clients feel less emotionally reactive to life’s stressors and more grounded, resilient, and connected in their daily lives.
