About Gabrielle Kaiser
Gabrielle Kaiser (she/her), MSW, LCSW, has worked in the mental health-related field for eight years. She brings experience in working with children in the school system as well as adults involved in the criminal justice system. She has experience working with individuals who have suffered from trauma, addiction, as well as severe and persistence mental illness.
In the words of Thich Nhat Hanh, “In our daily lives, we are often lost in thought. Whether we are preoccupied with regrets about the past or fears about the future, we lose ourselves in our plans, in our anger, in our anxieties.”
Our mind and body have a way of storing memories and patterns of tension from past experiences. Our lives can be transformed by recognizing our thoughts and patterns to address any unprocessed emotions and learn to respond to them.
You are not alone in your suffering. If you are experiencing struggles with mental, physical, or personal issues, Gabrielle is here to sit with you and empower you to use your existing strengths to transform your well-being. She fosters a safe space that allows for healing. Together, you will work toward your goals.
Gabrielle’s practice pulls from multiple fields of thought such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral theory, and psychodynamic theory. She has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma, Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS), Sexual Assault, and Domestic Violence.
